Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit this site or leave us your contact details. Last updated: August 24, 2026.
Data controller
The controller responsible for the personal data collected through estudiopaz.com.ar is Estudio Paz & Asoc., based at Ávalos 2829, Vicente López, Buenos Aires, Argentina. For any question about this policy or your personal data, write to us at info@estudiopaz.com.ar.
What information we collect
We collect information in two different ways:
1. Data you give us directly. When you fill out the contact form on this site, you voluntarily provide us with: your name or business name, tax ID (CUIT/CUIL), email, phone number, tax status with ARCA and provincial gross-receipts tax, type of organization, services you're interested in, and estimated operating volume. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and put together a tailored proposal.
2. Data collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns. This includes information such as your approximate IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and how you arrived at the site.
What we use it for
- Respond to your inquiries and prepare a proposal of services for you.
- Contact you by email, phone, or WhatsApp regarding your inquiry.
- Understand which content and pages are useful to our visitors, to improve the site.
- Measure the performance of our Google Ads campaigns and adjust our advertising spend accordingly.
We don't use your data for any purpose other than those described here, and we don't sell it to third parties.
Who we share your information with
To run this site and process the contact form, we work with the following providers, who process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies:
- Google (Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and Ads) — to measure site usage and the performance of our advertising. See Google's privacy policy.
- EmailJS — the service we use so that contact-form submissions reach us by email, without routing through our own server. See EmailJS's privacy policy.
We do not share your personal data with any other third party except where required by law.
Cookies
This site uses first-party and third-party cookies (Google) for its operation and for analytics and advertising purposes. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; note that some site features may not work properly if you do. Most browsers also let you reject third-party cookies specifically, without affecting the site's essential cookies.
How long we keep your data
We keep the data you provide through the contact form for as long as our business relationship lasts, or until you request its deletion. Analytics data collected by Google Analytics is kept according to the retention periods Google sets, which you can review in Google's own privacy policy.
Your rights
Under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 25.326), you have the right to access, rectify, update, or request the deletion of your personal data, as well as to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at info@estudiopaz.com.ar.
Argentina's data protection authority, the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, is empowered to receive complaints from anyone whose rights have been affected by a breach of applicable personal-data-protection rules.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. We'll post any changes on this same page, along with the date of the last update.
